The general rule of thumb is that for acute symptoms you should receive sessions every 24 – 48 hours, in order to allow your system to release unwanted toxins from your body without too much stress. For chronic symptoms, you should schedule at least once a week, although to speed up your recovery, the first three sessions should be received about every 48 hours. For ongoing maintenance of your health and wellbeing, it is recommended to receive reflexology sessions every 3 to 4 weeks.
